This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through healthydayss.com operated by Esta international. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Order Cancellation

  • Since our fresh juice orders are prepared and delivered within 40 minutes, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

  • We strongly encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.


Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

    • The product delivered is damaged, leaked, or not consumable.

    • There has been an incorrect delivery (wrong product sent).

  • To initiate a refund, customers must provide a clear proof video of the product issue at the time of delivery.

  • Without a valid proof video, refund requests will not be accepted.


Refund Process & Timeline

  • Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.


Weekly Subscription Plans

  • Customers who purchase weekly juice plans and wish to cancel mid-week must contact our support team.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be decided based on circumstances and the number of days remaining in the plan.

  • Final approval of such refunds rests with Esta international after reviewing the request.


Non-Refundable Cases

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

  • No refund will be issued if the customer changes their mind after order confirmation.

  • Refunds will not be processed without a proof video showing genuine damage or delivery issue.
