Welcome to HealthyDayss.com (“Website”). By accessing and using this Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any order.

This Website is owned and operated by Esta international. All references to “we,” “us,” and “our” in this document refer to HealthyDayss, operating under the brand Esta international.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website and place an order.

  • By using our services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.

3. Orders & Cancellations

  • Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled, as juices are prepared fresh and delivered within 40 minutes.

  • For weekly plans, partial cancellations (mid-week) are subject to review. Customers must contact our support team at 9625054301 or healthydays07@gmail.com. Refunds, if any, will be processed according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

  • We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets supported by Razorpay.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver only within a 10-12 km radius from our base location.

  • Juices are delivered within 40 minutes of preparation, or as per the selected 1-hour delivery slot in case of weekly plans.

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer

  • All our juices are made from fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs without preservatives.

  • Customers with allergies, existing medical conditions, or specific dietary restrictions should consult a healthcare professional before consuming.

  • HealthyDayss will not be held liable for any adverse health effects due to undisclosed allergies or medical conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, product names, logos, images, and designs displayed on HealthyDayss.com are the intellectual property of Esta international.

  • Unauthorized reproduction or use of this content is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and delivery. However, in rare cases of errors, we reserve the right to correct them without prior notice.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, traffic conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
